Went to Downtown Toyota Sunday afternoon May 27. After "kicking tires" for a few minutes, got help from Jake McMahon. We were very impressed with his courteousness, knowledge, and especially his gentle manner. We felt no pressure whatsoever. He went out of his way to find the vehicle of the colour and model we wanted, and kept us informed as matters developed. We were very well treated by all involved, from the person who took our credit application, the insurance agents and the Financial Services Manager. Jake followed up quickly on getting the rear compartment mat we had ordered but was not available at delivery. He had it within a few days. Have not yet gone back for service, but if the purchase is an indicator, we expect more good things from Downtown Toyota. Vin Pigeon
I purchased my 2009 Toyota Matrix XR at Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown in February, 2012. My salesman was Jake McMahon and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for any toyota vehicle or have any questions about their products. Jake was very knowledgeable and extremely easy going. I felt no pressure when buying the car and he never once pushed for an increase in my budget. He was always available when I had a question and and he would go above and beyond to provide me with dealership services. The other staff members were very friendly and the insurance agents on site made driving home my new car a simple. From beginning to end, the services provided by Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown was exceptional, and I would recommend that if you are in the market for buying a new vehicle to check this place out!G+ Local User
Just bougt a Prius V. Andrew was really helpful and genuine. We'd been to two other dealers in the Lower Mainland in March and, even though they're basically selling the same vehicle, I could not bring myself to go back to them. They seemed both disinterested and not terribly knowledgable. Andrew, on the other hand, gave us all the time in the world and really made us feel comfortable with our purchase. He even agreed to meet us on Good Friday for a test drive. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a Toyota or a Scion.

I decided to call on Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown who are outside of my catchment area due to positive feedback from past customers. I was very pleased Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown both met and exceeded my expectations. Jake McMahon was my Product Advisor, he did an excellent job at following up. NO high pressure sales tactic's made the entire experience pleasurable, leaving me with the confidence that the process was moving. The fiance department had a pleasant phone manor, I never felt intimidated. The only gripe I have with Toyota in general are the lack of incentives compared to other vendors, leaves very little wiggle room, financing can be very strict motivated by previous posts, however to be fair Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown gives best effort under these directives.
